Inspired by Klimt’s rich patterns, flowing forms and iconic use of gold, we’ll learn technique of layering, detailing and expressive design to create your own Klimt style artwork. Using watercolour, ink and acrylic, you’ll explore how to combine fluidity with structure bringing both freedom and elegance to your painting. We’ll start by practising the sunset background with a beautiful wash before we start on your painting.
