DESCRIPTION:The course will be held in the Tower Barn at Broadway Tower\, near Broadway\, Worcestershire from 10am until 4.30pm.  Please arrive around 9.45am.  There is parking there and lunch\, tea and coffee will be provided\, as well as wool! \nYou can choose what animal you would like to make (within reason!)\, but it is best to pick something you love and you are familiar with how it looks.  We use a wire armature frame and make a model around 6 to 7 inches in height.  Please bring reference pictures/photos that inspire you and especially a picture of the animal from the side view\, so that we can get the proportions right – I will help you with this\, don’t worry about it!  I will also have some photographs and books for reference.  Please let me know what animal you would like to make so I can bring the right colour wool! \nYou will learn the process of needle-felting and hopefully you will finish your sculpture in the day\, but there is no pressure to do so and I will ensure that you will be able to finish off at home if necessary.  Felting is an enjoyable and surprisingly easy craft. \nAll materials and tools are provided.  So you don’t need to bring anything but enthusiasm!
